The Company is a growth company that has a unique engagement platform that includes over 3,600 self-service health kiosks (within 10 miles of 80% of U.S. Population) from which it collects health data on behalf of managed care and commercial organizations. The Company uses its data platform to deliver highly targeted content to specific audiences through multi-channel communication strategies, including web, mobile, digital, and retail channels, creating a one-stop shop for individualized healthcare engagement and incentivization. On average, Pursuant Health engages with roughly 3,000,000 Americans every single month.

We are looking to hire our first Sales Development Representative to work directly with our Vice President of Sales, and there will be ample opportunity for promotion into a full closing role once you learn the industry and are able to demonstrate your sales capabilities.

Your Role:

  • Partner with the Vice President of Sales to set up meetings with new prospects
  • Engage with prospects to uncover needs, qualify opportunities and build relationships
  • Initiate sales processes to generate leads and warm lead follow up
  • Research key stakeholders in order to generate interest and create rapport
  • Explain our products and articulate Pursuant Health’s value proposition
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of ongoing outbound activity
  • Demonstrate skills necessary for promotion into a full, closing role


  • 2+ years of inside sales experience for a SaaS organization
  • 4-year college degree required
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Knowledge of owning the full sales process, from lead generation to close to account management
  • Ambitious and results orientated
  • Well organized with the ability to prioritize and handle increasing responsibility over time
  • Highly proficient in Salesforce, experience in HubSpot Sales is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of the healthcare sector is an advantage but not essential
